What time is check in/out?
We are pleased to inform you that we will do our best to provide the room as early as possible. However, the check-in is guaranteed from 15.00h onwards and we will be pleased to store your luggage so you can start enjoying our facilities as soon as you arrive at our hotel.

Check out time is until 12:00 (noon). In case that you would like to stay at the property, we can store your luggage meanwhile you are enjoying the facilities of the hotel. 
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
The hotel hosts the first Plant Forward restaurant in Palma de Mallorca, Botànic.

While elevating plant-based dishes to an entirely new level, the menu reserves a role for both fish and meat options on the menu. Although dishes are globally inspired, KM-0 (kilometer zero) ingredients are used in their creation.

We kindly inform you that our restaurant Botánic is in high demand with limited seating.

Should you wish to dine during your stay, we would be pleased to make a reservation for you to ensure that you have a table.

Are there parking places available at Can Bordoy?
We do offer Valet Service from 7 am to 11 pm, with and extra charge of € 59,- per day and there is a public car park within 300 metres of the hotel's premises.
