Terms of service

OPENING TIMES FOR PRIVATE SPA SUITE AND TREATMENTS
Open seven days a week from 10 am to 8 pm.

RESERVATIONS
For more information or to make a reservation, please contact the hotel reception or if you wish, by going directly to our SPA. It is advisable to book at least 24 hours prior to the desired time.

BEFORE ARRIVING
We recommend you to leave your jewellery and personal accessories in your suite.

PUNCTUALITY
Out of respect for other guests reservations, please be aware that we are unable to extend your treatment time in case of late arrival. We recommend to arrive at the SPA with 15 minutes before your treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours in advance will be processed without any penalties.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a penalty of 50% of the treatment price.
- Rescheduling is permitted only if the spa staff can accommodate the change without disruption and with the approval of the spa manager.
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled treatment will result in a penalty of 100% of the treatment price, except in cases of extenuating circumstances such as health emergencies.

DURING YOUR STAY AT THE PRIVATE SPA.
We appreciate your help in maintaining the SPA's peaceful atmosphere necessary to enjoy the treatments. Please moderate your tone of voice and remember that smoking and the use of mobile phones are not permitted. To extend the wellbeing experience to your room or home we are pleased to offer a variety of products for sale, the luxurious cosmetics brand, Swiss Perfection (the exclusive brand used in Clinica La Prairie, Montreux) and SCENS Organic & Vegan producs.

Payment for our hotel guests: all treatments will be charged to your room and detailed on your bill when you check out.
