TravelLer Hotel Suite in Palma | Can Bordoy Palma Luxury Hotel

We know that pets are part of the family and their presence does not have to be incompatible with the enjoyment of our facilities, and for this reason Can Bordoy opens its doors to guests with pets.

For respect with the other Hotel guests, we have the following policy:

• Can Bordoy only admits one pet up to - 25 kg. in the Suite, always with prior the reservation and availability.
• The stay of the pet has a cost of 150 Euros per night - as a pet package.

Pet package Services included:

• Dog walking service - 1 time a day
• Deluxe bed - according to the size of the pet
• Up 4 days of the stay - 1 hairdressing service included
• Pet food - according to the guest instructions
• Mise-en-place of water and food
• Discovery service - Goodnight candy
• 5% of the total amount of the pet package will be destined to an Animal protection association.

We ask the owners of the pets to respect the rest of our guests, following the rules that we explain below:

• When arriving or leaving the hotel the pets must go on a leash, in arms or in a transport box.
• Pets can not be in the common areas of the hotel without company.
• You should never leave your pet alone in the Suite. In the case of leaving your pet unsupervised, it must remain in the transport box during your absence and you must inform your Butler.
• Pets are not allowed to climb on the bed, sofa, armchairs, etc. If you have the habit, we ask that you protect our furniture with a cloth of your own.
• If you want to clean the legs after the walk, please do not use the hotel towels.
• Pets without a leash are not allowed in the garden.
• The owner is responsible for damage and destruction caused beyond the cleaning of the Suite. Additional charges may apply in the event that your pet causes disorder, furniture damage or hygiene problems.
• If another guest complains about the barking, noise or behavior of your pet, unfortunately you will be asked to take it out of the hotel.
