The onion: a humble vegetable which hides magnificent flavour. It provides the base of a slow-cooked stew that is matched with the fine, smooth flesh of lobster, whose delicate flavour intensifies with the orangey flavour of one of those sauces prepared as in the homes of yesteryear.
This lobster stew with onions is part of the Special Celebration Menu that is only available until 27th July, 2019.
Andrés Benítez, will pay homage to his guests with this special tasting menu and will bid farewell to our season of gastronomic evenings until September. Botánic Restaurant will blossom in September with a unique and personal offering which our team are lovingly preparing.
